Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The personnel who have had two or more physical examinations in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University; 2.Team members and individuals who have physical examination in the hospital every year or every other year during the study period; 3.Age from 20 to 75 years old and have basic reading and writing ability; 4.All participants signed the informed consents.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe heart,liver,kidney and other important organ diseases,severe psychiatric diseases; 2.Unable to complete questionnaires and assessments of the study.
