Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Between 18 and 70 years of age, men and women are not limited, unintentional, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases, asa grade i~ii patients. 2) The diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis should be in accordance with the clinical diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis and the diagnosis of patients to be examined by tracheoscopy, or suspected pulmonary tuberculosis patients, respiratory endoscopy to find bacteriological, molecular biology, histological evidence of patients. 3) Willing and able to participate in the study, willing to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with mental illness or those who can not cooperate; 2) Patients with other serious diseases and severe lung damage; 3) Pregnant and lactating women.
