Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Strictly carry out TH-related monitoring and treatment procedures. 2. The core temperature during TH is controlled at 33-34 degreees C. 3. The treatment time of TH reaches 72 hours. 4. Meet the international HIE diagnostic standards 5. Age < 28 days or corrected gestational age of premature infants <= 44 weeks; 6. Age <= 6 hours when start hypothermia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Family members give up hospital stay for less than 3 days; 2. Incomplete case data; 3. Congenital dysplasia; 4. Onset time of hypothermia therapy > 6 hours.
