Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy lactating mothers (6-9 months) who were not supplemented with omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids prior to enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension; 2) Preterm mothers over half a month; 3) Subjects at risk of bleeding; 4) Other severe metabolic diseases and autoimmune diseases.
