Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The case group: >= 18 years old; Meets at least one of the classification criteria for SLE, 1997 American College of Rheumatology (ACR97) and/or 2012 Systemic Lupus International Collaborating Clinics (SLICC12)Dose not have chronic infectious diseases (such as hepatitis B, tuberculosis, etc.) and is not in a state of acute infection (such as upper respiratory tract infection). 2. The control group: Healthy people matched with age and sex of patients in the case group; Dose not have chronic infectious diseases (such as hepatitis B, tuberculosis, etc.) and is not in a state of acute infection (such as upper respiratory tract infection)..

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Does not agree to participate in this study during the informed consent process; 2. There are neurological, mental illness or physical disorders (such as deaf-mute) that may affect environmental exposure assessment.
