Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent elective laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer were aged 45-65 years old, ASA grade II ~ III, AND BMI20 ~ 30 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to local anesthetics; 2. Severe liver, kidney and heart dysfunction; 3. Patients with mental disorders; 4. Long-term use of opioids or antipsychotic drugs; 5. Patients with impaired cognitive function.
