30 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Shoulder pain time 3-24 months; (2) able to tolerate conservative treatment, surgical treatment and routine rehabilitation training; (3) normal joint space and humeral head shape on X-ray films of positive position of shoulder joint and outlet position of supraspinatus muscle; (4) willing to participate in this study and follow-up: be able to understand and complete the evaluation of treatment results under the guidance of doctors.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Unwilling to participate in this study and unable to tolerate conservative treatment, surgical treatment and routine rehabilitation training: (2) diabetic patients; (3) trauma, dislocation and surgical history of shoulder joint and ipsilateral upper limb; (4) complicated with severe cardio-cerebrovascular and nervous system diseases; (5) hematological diseases and allergic to injecting drugs; (6) rheumatoid arthritis. (7) shoulder osteoarthritis and calcified tendinitis; (8) shoulder infectious disease; (9) shoulder joint MRI confirmed rotator cuff injury, glenoid labrum tear; (10) shoulder tumor patients; (11) cervical vertebra history.
