Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with obesity (BMI>= 28kg/m2) and preparing for bariatric surgery; (2) Patients Aged 18-65 years old; (3) Agree to be selected for this study and sign the informed consent form; (4) Did not participate in other drug clinical trials within 3 months before the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Have had bariatric surgery; (2) Secondary obesity caused by endocrine disorders; (3) History of gastrointestinal disease, severe liver or kidney disease, malignant tumor; (4) Take laxatives, hypoglycemic drugs, lipid-lowering drugs and other drugs that affect the test results during the study; (5) Patients who cannot complete the study for any other reason.
