Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. The patients with new gastrointestinal bleeding (manifested as hematemesis or melena) should be definitely diagnosed; 3. Patients with ischemic heart disease (coronary heart disease, unstable angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Patients with gastrointestinal bleeding related to trauma or surgery; 3. Patients with digestive tract malignant tumor; 4. Patients with coagulation dysfunction caused by hematological malignancies or systemic hematological diseases.
