Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients' informed consent and ethical review of the trial; 2. Patients with good treatment compliance in our hospital; 3. Patients aged from 3 to 70 years old; 4. Patients with hypertension diagnosed in accordance with Chinese guidelines for prevention and treatment of hypertension; 5. Patients with high homocysteine; 6. MTHFR C677 gene polymorphism is detected by gene detection technology.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary hypertension; 2. Patients with stroke, coronary heart disease, diabetes, etc; 3. Patients with liver and kidney damage; 4. Patients with hematological diseases, malignant tumor, deep vein thrombosis, etc; 5. Patients who have recently used anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs; 6. Pregnant and lactating women.
