18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing spinal surgery requiring neuroelectrophysiological monitoring under general anesthesia, 2. ASA I - III patients, 3. Patients aged 18-80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with allergic history to the drugs used; 2. Patients with nerve conduction pathway injury; 3. Patients with intracranial hypertension syndrome; 4. Patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy; 5. Patients with myasthenia gravis; 6. Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function; 7. Patients with severe circulatory and respiratory diseases; 8. Patients with mental disorders; 9. Patients with pacemaker implantation; 10. Patients with history of epilepsy; 11. Patients with skull defect; 12. Patients with hearing impairment; 13. Patients with language difficulties.
