Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inpatients with craniocerebral trauma in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou University 1. Patients over 18 years old and less than 70 years old; 2. Patients with definite history of head trauma; 3. Patients admitted within 12 hours after trauma; 4. There were no patients with severe combined injuries in other parts, such as severe fracture, hemorrhagic shock, etc; 5. Patients without history of malignant tumor, nervous system disease, coronary heart disease and craniocerebral trauma; 6. Patients without obvious organic lesions in heart, lung, liver and kidney; 7. Patients without severe anemia and hemorrhagic diseases; 8. Patients with no recent history of surgery and trauma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with non acute craniocerebral trauma; 2. Patients with cerebrospinal fluid leakage or open craniocerebral injury; 3. Patients with spinal cord or severe peripheral nerve injury; 4. Patients with hospitalization time less than 7 days; 5. The patients who did not receive the relevant detection indexes on the 1st, 3rd and 7th day after trauma.
