PM group:Use nasal end expiratory carbon dioxide monitoring device with standardized catheter.
PN group:Routine monitoring

1 Years to 7 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 1-7 years who were operated under general anesthesia without intubation; 2. Subjects of ASA grade I-II; 3. Those who have no history of upper respiratory tract infection recently; 4. Subjects without nasal obstruction and nasal polyps.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases, such as severe congenital heart disease and asthma attack stage; 2. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension; 3. Patients with intracranial tumor and vascular disease; 4. Patients with history of epilepsy; 5. Patients with liver and kidney insufficiency; 6. Patients with psychiatric medication history; 7. Patients with allergic sampling tube materials; 8. Patients considered unsuitable for the study by the competent physician or anesthesiologist.
