Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.CASE: Coronary angiography stenosis rate > 50%; 2.CONTROL: Coronary angiography stenosis rate < 25%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Case group: 1. Patients with acute coronary syndrome; 2. Patients with endocrine and metabolic diseases; 3. Patients with diseases and drugs that affect autonomic nervous function; 4. Patients who took antiplatelet drugs within 2 weeks; 5. Patients who took anti-inflammatory drugs within 2 weeks; 6. Patients who take antidepressant or psychotic drugs within 2 weeks or for a long time. In the control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups: 1. Patients with pacemaker; 2. Patients with endocrine and metabolic diseases; 3. Patients with diseases and drugs that affect autonomic nervous function; 4. Patients who took antiplatelet drugs within 2 weeks; 5. Patients who took anti-inflammatory drugs within 2 weeks; 6. Patients who take antidepressant or psychotic drugs within 2 weeks or for a long time
