Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Continuous recruitment from October 2020 to December 2020 in Xinjiang Autonomous Region People's hospital hypertension Center for secondary hypertension screening of patients over 18 years old. 2. They were asked to stop antihypertensive treatment for at least 4-6 weeks before admission. 3. If necessary, verapamil (sustained release) and / or a 1-adrenergic antagonists (doxazosin or terazosin) can be used to control blood pressure. 4. Patients with serum potassium concentration between 3.0 and 3.5 mmol / L at admission denied the symptoms of limb fatigue, hyporesponsiveness, anorexia, nausea, constipation, abdominal distension, paralytic intestinal obstruction, palpitation, arrhythmia and other symptoms (the symptoms caused by typical hypokalemia are not included). 5. All patients underwent polysomnography for the first time. 6. Patients hospitalized in the same period and matched with gender, age, body mass index, baseline blood pressure and serum potassium level were selected as controls. 7. A comprehensive medical history survey (including recent sleep quality, physical examination, biochemical test, chest X-ray film, multiple sonography (PSG) monitoring and secondary hypertension identification were conducted in all patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in recent 6 months; 2. Patients with acute asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary tuberculosis and other respiratory diseases; 3. Patients who are currently using steroids, bronchodilators and antihistamines; 4. Patients with congestive heart failure; 5. Patients with chronic kidney disease (creatinine clearance rate = 180 / 110mmhg.
