40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of 40-65 years old is not limited to gender; 2. The subjects of ASA grade I - II; 3. Those who didn't take drugs that hurt liver function six months before admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with renal dysfunction, liver function child-pugh score > 6 points; 2. Patients who fail to maintain normal vital signs after repeated intraoperative use of vasoactive drugs and infusion of large amounts of fluids and blood products; 3. The operation time is less than 4 hours; 4. Patients who use blood extracorporeal circulation including dialysis and patients who participate in other treatments, Patients who lack judgment and consent.
