18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Received VA-ECMO support; 3. Patients with positive pressure mechanical ventilation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are intolerant to ECMO flow regulation; 2. Patients with brain injury or mental illness before admission; 3. Difficulty opening mouth; 4. Severe anemia; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Rejection Enrolled in the trial; 7. Patients participating in other clinical trials; 8. Patients cannot complete the 28-day follow-up; 9. The time of received VA-ECMO less than 24 hours.
