Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 140 mmHg and (or) diastolic blood pressure > 90mmHg; 2) 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure > 130/80mmHg. All patients diagnosed as primary hypertention, including taking medicine and those not.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hypertensive crisis and malignant hypertension; 2. Patient combined with severe heart and lung disease, tumor and other diseases is not suitable for this clinical trial; 3. allergy to SGLT2 inhibitor and CCB.
