20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I or II, aged 20-70, undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia with epidural anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with BMI greater than 28; patients with increased intracranial pressure, intraocular pressure and intra-abdominal pressure; patients with respiratory system diseases, such as asthma, chronic cough, upper respiratory tract infection within two weeks; other systemic diseases, such as gastroesophageal reflux, heart disease, liver and kidney dysfunction; patients with long-term opioid use history, and patients who have used ACEI, antitussive drugs, bronchodilators and hormones.
