40 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Regardless of gender, age range from 40 to 65 years; 2. ASA I-II; 3. No drugs that harm liver function six months before admission.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with renal dysfunction, liver function child-pugh score > 6 points; 2. Patients who fail to maintain normal vital signs after repeated intraoperative use of vasoactive drugs and infusion of large amounts of fluids and blood products; 3. The operation time is less than 4 hours; 4. Patients who use blood extracorporeal circulation including dialysis and patients who participate in other treatments, patients who lack judgment and consent.
