Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing general anesthesia in our hospital from September 2020 to August 2021.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose operation was cancelled; 2. Patients under local anesthesia; 3. Pregnant patients; 4. Aged < 18 years; 5. Patients with acute infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and HIV infection before operation; 6. There were severe liver, kidney, heart and other important organ failure patients before operation.
