Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria of thin endometrium were as follows A. Menstrual volume less than 30 ml (according to menstrual blood loss map method); B. The level of sex hormone was normal; C. Hysteroscopy: 15-25 days of menstruation (25-30 days of menstrual cycle) endometrial smooth thin, uterine cavity without adhesion, fallopian tube opening clearly visible; D. Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound endometrial thickness measurement: endometrial thickness in secretory phase was less than 7 mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients without informed consent; medical diseases such as diabetes, tuberculosis and endocrine diseases such as thyroid gland and adrenal gland; serious infectious diseases or organ diseases; diseases that may cause systemic impact, such as tumors.
