Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A history of more than two dislocations of the patella after trauma; 2. "J" sign is positive; 3. The patella extrapolation test is positive, and the patella extrapolation phobia is positive; 4. Receive MPFL combined with MPTL reconstruction therapy; 5. The patient himself or his guardian can understand the purpose of the study, show sufficient compliance with the study plan, and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital dislocation of the patella; 2. Past knee surgery history; 3. Multiple ligament injuries; 4. Severe femoral trochlear dysplasia (Dejour type C and D).
