S-IVM group:short time in vitro maturation

Empty group:regular maturation

Age

20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 1st or 2nd cycle of ICSI/IVF treatment; 2. Using agonist protocol; 3. Female age 1.1ng/ml,BMI between 18.5kg/m2 and 24.5kg/m2the number of oocytes retrieval > 4; 4. Fresh semen on OPU day; 5. Fresh embryo transfered.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindication of IVF/ICSI; 2. Semen donors or oocytes donors; 3. PGD or PGS; 4. No oocyte retrieval on OPU day.
