18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. The patients diagnosed as sepsis and septic shock according to sepsis 3.0; 3. Patients whose consciousness can be evaluated by CAM-ICU.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intracranial infection; 2. Patients with previous organic brain disease or severe brain trauma; 3. Patients with other mental disorders or previous psychiatric disorders; 4. Delirium can be attributed to other causes than sepsis; 5. Those patients who have communication barriers and cannot understand and cooperate with this study; 6. Patients who refused to participate in the study.
