Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: During the participant selection process, the following inclusion criteria were defined: women were aged between 18 and 35 years, with a singleton pregnancy, diagnosed with GDM by the 75-g OGTT test at 24-28weeks of gestation, 1-hour postprandial plasma glucose < 10mmol/L, 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose < 8.5mmol/L, capable of using the mobile APP, willing to provide informed consent (Hod, et al., 2015).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The study exclusion criteria were as follows: pregnant women were diagnosed with preexisting diabetes, chronic hypertension, pre-pregnancy obesity, poorly-control hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), placenta previa. And those who clinically have exercise contraindications, such as threatened abortion.
