Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with birth weight < 1.5kg; 2. Subjects with admission age <= 7 days; 3. Subjects who were followed up regularly for 1-3 years; 4. Family members sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The subject of death; 2. Those who were hospitalized for less than 14 days; 3. Subjects with severe congenital heart disease, severe digestive tract malformation, congenital malformation, Down's syndrome, genetic metabolic disease and severe asphyxia; 4. The subject of lost visit caused by various factors.
