Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.no systemic disease and good cooperation with the dentist;Written informed consents from parents. 2.no root fracture and luxation. no percussion pain. Normal physical mobility or with mild mobility. carious vital pulp exposure in permanent teeth with no luxation and periapical leision. 3.Immature tooth:incomplete root development.Nolla phase 8-9. 4.Treated in 48 hours. 5.hemostasis in 5 minute.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to anaesthetic or dental materials; 2. Subjects who fail to follow the doctor's advice for regular review.
