Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All enrolled patients need to meet the following seven requirements, any of them will not be enrolled 1) Patients with primary cancer and surgical treatment; 2) 18~80 years old; 3) No chronic diseases such as coronary heart disease, diabetes, cerebrovascular disease; 4) The postoperative pathology confirmed the diagnosis as cancer; 5) Surgical treatment is feasible according to the TNM clinical staging standard issued by the International Union Against Cancer (UICC) in 1997. 6) Patients whose outcomes meet the discharge indications; 7) The patient has informed consent, has no aphasia or mental retardation, and can correctly understand and answer the contents of the scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with a history of mental illness, disturbance of consciousness and communication; 2) Those who cannot be followed up from other provinces; 3) Patients with poor prognosis for systemic metastasis of advanced cancer.
