Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Conforms to the depressive episode diagnostic criteria in the fifth edition of American psychiatric diagnostic statistical manual (DSM - V) ; 2) The score of the 24-item Hamilton rating scale for depression >= 21; 3) Age 18-65, and no restriction on the gender, education, occupation, economic status, etc.; 4) The patients dont have conscious disorder and can understand the content of scale and cooperate with treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe suicide risk; 2) The presence of other mental disorders such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or depressive episodes secondary to other mental or physical disorders; 3) Severe heart, liver, kidney, blood, rheumatism, tumor, malnutrition and neurodegeneration, organic brain disease, abuse of tobacco, alcohol and other psychoactive substances; 4) Use of any other antipsychotics, other antidepressants, mood stabilizers, anti-anxiety drugs, central stimulants, immunomodulators, immunosuppressants and hormones during the study period;Systematic psychotherapy;Use physical therapy such as MECT; 5) Drug allergy or contraindications or previous use of such drugs has not been effective; 6) Pregnant female; 7) No Informed Consent.
