Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients who participate voluntarily and sign informed consent; 2. Patients diagnosed with diabetes according to "Chinese type 2 diabetes prevention guideline (2017 edition). The diagnostic criteria for diabetes are as following: typical symptoms of diabetes (polydipsia, diuresis and weight loss which cannot be explained) and random blood glucose over 11.1 mmol/ L, or fasting plasma glucose (FPG) over 7.0 mmol/ L, or plasma glucose of two hours post challenge over 11.1 mmol/ L; no typical symptoms of diabetes but conform to one of above three criteria and meet one of three after another day's review; 3. Willing to accept a low-carbon diet.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of symptomatic cholelithiasis (except for who had cholecystectomy); 2. Suffering from acute myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident and other bleeding and thrombotic diseases; 3. The diseases that affect the assessments of outcome or not fit for inclusion.
