18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Be in line with the diagnostic criteria of cough variant asthma in Modern medicine and the TCM symptoms. 2. Age between 18-65 years old, the disease course is more than 6 weeks. 3. Never taken medicine or have taken the drugs specified in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cough (2015). 4. After Stopping the Chinese medicine for CVA for more than two weeks. 5. After stopping the inhalation of corticosteroids, bronchodilators or other drugs to reduce the airway hyperresponsiveness for more than 24 hours, positive bronchodilation test together with cough as the main symptom. 6. Be willing and cooperative with this clinical study, and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With typical asthma, esophageal reflux disease, pharyngitis, etc. 2. Pregnant or lactating women, or be allergic to the drug in this study. 3. Mental disease, behavioral disorder, severe hearing and vision impairments, illiteracy, etc. 4. With severe pulmonary heart disease, respiratory failure or other severe organ dysfunction. 5. Taken other medicines for cough, or being participate in clinical research of other medicines. 6. Poor compliance to treatment.
