Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the disease diagnosis standard and TCM syndrome diagnosis "liver and kidney deficiency syndrome" standard; 2. Aged 50-80 years old; 3. VAS score <= 7; 4. Sign informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are various endocrine diseases that cause secondary osteoporosis (such as Cushing's disease, hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, hypothyroidism, etc.); 2. There were fresh vertebral compression fractures in recent 3 months; 3. Patients with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases or systemic failure, as well as patients with malignant tumor, mental illness and allergic constitution; 4. There are psychosis, Alzheimer's disease, severe neurosis, etc. who can't judge the curative effect, provide the condition accurately or can't cooperate with others; 5. Those who are taking other drugs that affect pain and bone mineral density and can not be stopped immediately; 6. Participants in other clinical trials; 7. The researchers determined that there were patients with poor compliance.
