18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with age >= 18 years, unilateral inferior calyx, single or multiple renal calculi, and the total diameter <= 1.5 cm, were diagnosed by CT examination; 2. Patients without contraindication of operation; 3. Patients who have not been treated with RIRS or PCNL before; 4. Patients who were informed of the study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Renal tubulosis, renal spongiform disease, renal spongiform disease; 2. Patients with moderate or severe hydronephrosis in lower calices; 3. Patients with uncontrolled severe urinary tract infection; 4. Patients with ureteropelvic junction stenosis, duplication of kidney or horseshoe kidney malformation and other anatomical abnormalities or deformities; 5. Patients with malignant tumor of urinary system; 6. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction and coagulation dysfunction can not tolerate surgery; 7. Pregnant patients.
