22 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 22-40 years; 2. 18.0 < BMI < 24.0 3. 1.1 < AMH < 4.0 4. Subjects who received art for the first time and PGT for the first time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with uterine cavity and endometrial diseases that affect endometrial receptivity, such as intrauterine adhesions, submucous myomas, adenomyosis, polyps, severe hydrosalpinx and intrauterine reflux; 2. Patients with medical diseases, such as insulin resistance, thyroid dysfunction, rheumatic diseases, etc; 3. Patients who took steroids related drugs in recent three months.
