Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From September 2020 to January 2021, 360 patients undergoing general anesthesia in the First Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Shihezi University were selected, 2. Patients with ASA grade 1 to 3, 3. Patients older than 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with BMI >= 30; 2. Patients with high blood pressure and diabetes with poor drug control; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease, unstable angina pectoris or ejection fraction less than 40%; 4. Patients with malignant tumor; 5. Patients with oral potassium excretion diuretics; 6. Patients with hyperthyroidism, electrolyte disorder, abnormal blood coagulation, shock and mental illness; 7. Patients with physical activity disorder; 8. Patients who refused to participate in the study.
