Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy 2. Aged 18-70 years 3. Simultaneous pancreas and kidney transplantation was performed for all patients, which was the first transplantation 4. Preoperative PRA was negative, and donor lymphotoxicity test was negative

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of end-stage renal disease complicated with diabetes; 2, Pregnancy or plan for pregnancy; 3. Patients with malignant tumors.
