Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the criteria of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy; 2. Conscious patients can communicate with medical staff normally; 3. Patients aged between 18 and 65 years old; 4. Patients with VAS score less than 5; 5. Patients who did not take NSAIDs or opioid analgesics orally; 6. Patients who voluntarily accepted the treatment plan, informed consent and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to traditional Chinese medicine; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Patients who have undergone cervical surgery or have a history of cervical trauma; 4. Patients with serious primary diseases or psychosis such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 5. Patients with skin diseases, infectious diseases or neck skin damage; 6. Having a history of diabetes and poor control of blood glucose; 7. Patients with serious illness, not suitable for conservative treatment or requiring surgical treatment; 8. Patients who have received other treatments and may affect the observation of therapeutic effect indicators in this study.
