Age
20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I- II, aged 20-60 years; 2. General anesthesia after LMA insertion; 3. Operation time > 1 hour and < 4 hours; 4. Laparoscopic non malignant gynecological surgery, such as partial hysterectomy, myomectomy, ovarian cyst enucleation, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with emergency operation; 2. Patients with massive hemorrhage during operation; 3. The patient had hoarseness or sore throat during hospitalization; 4. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction in the past.
