Intervention group:intake high-dose dietary fiber (DF 12~14g/1000kcal)

Normal dose control group:Intake of normal dietary fiber(DF5~7g/1000kcal)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Shooters / archers / healthy controls; 2. Subjects aged 12 to 35 years old; 3. Han nationality; 4. Subjects who have not taken antibiotics in the past 6 months; 5. Be able to obtain feces, blood, urine, tongue coating samples before and after the intervention; 6. The subjects did not drink yoghurt and probiotics during the voluntary trial; 7. The subjects who participated in the study of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who have participated in other clinical trials in the past three months or have taken antibiotics within six months; 2. Subjects who drink yogurt or probiotics on the test day; 3. Subjects with irritable bowel syndrome.
