Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient meet the surgical indication: in accordance with "the surgery of Chinese medical association branch of colorectal surgery group standards set by the" III, IV period of prolapse of hemorrhoids, hemorrhoids ring mixed hemorrhoids, incarcerated hemorrhoids (should be again after inflammation subsidise the surgery), rectal mucosa prolapse; 2. Patients between 18 and 60 years old men or women. Informed consent and relevant notification have been completed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with anal fistula, perianal abscess, anal fissure, digestive tract infectious diseases, mental illness, diabetes, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe allergies, clotting dysfunction, pregnant women, menstrual period, specific infections (such as tuberculosis, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, etc.) or malignant tumors.
