Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A retrospective evaluation of all female obese patients with a BMI >= 30 kg/m2 of The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University scheduled for LSG or LGS was conducted from January 1, 2015 to June 1, 2020.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients were transferred to intensive care unit (ICU) immediately after operation; 2. Conversion to open surgery or direct conversion to open surgery; 3. The patients who had to go back to surgery; 4. Emergency patients; 5. Patients refused to participate in the study or lost follow-up; 6. Patients who have previously participated in other randomized controlled trials and have not been terminated; 7. Patients over 60 years old, with partial or complete functional dependence, chronic oxygen dependence, anticoagulant therapy or renal insufficiency need dialysis treatment before surgery, and patients with ASA grade 4 and above.
