Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 60 years old; 2. According to the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis formulated in Tianjin in 2015, all patients were diagnosed with moderate to severe persistent AR, which had a serious impact on the quality of life. There were more than 2 common symptoms of AR, lasting or involving more than 1 hour every day. The nasal mucus was pale, edema or water like secretion. The allergen test was positive; 3. Patients with poor efficacy of drug therapy and / or failure of allergen specific immunotherapy require surgery and volunteer to participate in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have not received standardized drug treatment or immunotherapy in the past; 2. Patients with asthma who are not controlled or complicated with mental diseases and immune deficiency; 3. Patients with coronary heart disease, hypertension, heart failure and other diseases can not tolerate surgery.
