Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It is in line with the standard of kidney yang deficiency type low back pain in 2002 edition of guiding principles for clinical research of new Chinese medicine formulated by the Ministry of health Diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese Medicine (1) Typical unilateral or bilateral lumbar pain. (2) There may be a history of recurrent low back pain. (3) Patients with low back pain symptoms such as gonorrhea, edema, tumor, gynecology and pregnancy were excluded. Kidney yang deficiency type: dull pain in the waist, weakness and weakness of the waist and knees, difficult to recover, local temperature, kneading and pressing, aggravation of fatigue, pain reduction when lying down, fatigue and fatigue, chilly limbs. The tongue is light, the pulse is heavy and weak. Western medicine diagnosis refers to the following diseases: (1) Lumbar degenerative change; (2) Lumbar muscle strain; (3) Lumbar disc herniation, bulging or prolapse; (4) Third lumbar transverse process syndrome; (5) Spinal canal stenosis; (6) Lumbar spondylolisthesis; (7) Compression fracture of lumbar spine. 2. Patients aged between 30 and 75 years old; 3. The subjects who voluntarily participated in the study could insist on the treatment according to the plan and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with allergic constitution and allergic to moxa fume, patients with asthma history, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary heart disease and other acute and chronic lung diseases; 2. Patients who take other drugs related to the disease for a long time and cannot stop using them immediately; 3. Patients with serious endocrine disease, metabolic disease or tumor; 4. Patients with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic diseases and mental illness; 5. The patients were difficult to communicate with each other, and they did not cooperate with the treatment and the physician rating survey; 6. Patients with obvious skin diseases or blood diseases such as skin damage and coagulation dysfunction; 7. Patients with low back pain caused by spinal tuberculosis and tumor, severe spinal canal stenosis and severe lumbar disc herniation have surgical indications; 8. Pregnant and lactating women; 9. Patients with local skin sensory disturbance.
