35 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for cerebral infarction; 2. Patients who meet the criteria of SHS stage I; cerebrovascular diseases confirmed by imaging (including but not limited to head CT or MRI); 3. Patients with less than two strokes, and the admission time after the onset of the disease is between two weeks and three months; 4. Patients with no gender limitation; 5. Patients aged 50-76 years; 6. The vital signs of the patients were stable, and they volunteered to participate and actively cooperate in completing the project; 7. Patients who are conscious and sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cerebrovascular diseases other than ischemic stroke; 2. Patients with abnormal pain threshold caused by thalamic lesions; 3. Patients with severe primary diseases in internal medicine; 4. Patients with severe emotional disorder after ischemic stroke; 5. Patients with more than 3 strokes; 6. Patients with shoulder joint dislocation and subluxation; 7. Patients with shoulder periarthritis complicated with local soft tissue injury and severe movement disorder were diagnosed on the affected side before stroke; 8. Patients with severe disease changes and unstable vital signs; 9. Patients who can not tolerate the treatment or can not actively cooperate to complete the treatment.
