65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=65 years; 2. Patients underwent the first THA procedure; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I–III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Owning infection at admission; 2. A history of dementia or Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score < 24; 3. Patients who underwent other surgery within 6 months; 4. A history of mental illness; 5. Cardiac(include acute myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure, a history of tachyarrhythmia/bradyarrhythmia or atrial fibrillation),pulmonary disease and impaired renal function (estimated glomerular filtration rate < 60 mL/min per 1.73 m2); 6. Using antipsychotic medications; 7. Alcohol or drug abuse;8.Incapable of appropriate communication.
