Group A:Total glucosides of Paeony Treatment Group

Group B:Photodynamic therapy group

Group C:Total glucosides of Paeony combined with photodynamic therapy group

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with oral lichen planus diagnosed clinically and histopathologically; 2. Male or female patients aged 18-65 years; 3. Patients without residual root, residual crown, sharp tooth tip, bad restoration, biting buccal lip and other self injurious behaviors or other mechanical stimulation in the local area corresponding to oral mucosal lesions. 4. Patients who are willing to participate in the trial and fill in the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other systemic diseases, and patients with tumor and mental illness.
