Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women with hepatitis B infection: 1. HBsAg positive pregnant women who file in our hospital during pregnancy and give birth to live babies in our hospital; 2. Subjects whose ALT is less than 2 times of the upper limit of reference value (i.e. ALT less than 100u/L); 3. Subjects with normal total bilirubin level (reference range 5.10-1900 umol/L); 4. Those who have no pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome, placenta previa, placental abruption and other pathological conditions; 5. Those who did not accept invasive operation such as amniocentesis during pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Maternal and infant patients with other serious diseases, such as severe liver, kidney, lung and brain diseases; Newborns need to be transferred to the Department of Neonatology or specialist treatment; 2. Patients with malignant tumor; 3. Infants did not complete the "0-1-6" program of hepatitis B immunoglobulin and planned immunization of hepatitis B vaccine; 4. Subjects who do not agree or cooperate with the study.
