Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of subjects = 18 years old is less than or equal to 75 years old; 2. Patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma confirmed by histopathology; 3. Patients receiving initial treatment; 4. Patients with PS = 2; 5. Patients with an expected survival time of more than 6 months; 6. Patients who voluntarily sign informed consent form; 7. Patients with good compliance meet the follow-up conditions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous history of head and neck radiotherapy; 2. Patients with diseases related to hypothalamus and pituitary gland; 3. Patients with primary endocrine diseases; 4. Patients with mental illness; 5. Patients with hormone replacement therapy; 6. Pregnant and lactating women; 7. Patients with ALB < 30g / L; 8. Patients with WBC < 4.0 × 10 ^ 9 / L, hemoglobin < 80 g / L, PLT < 50 × 10 ^ 9 / L; 9. Patients with high fever without control; 10. Patients with abnormal serum creatinine level 3 and 4; 11. Patients with grade 3 and 4 Abnormal alanine aminotransferase and glutamic oxalate value.
