Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Standard for the elderly living alone in rural areas: those who live in rural areas without children or other partners and can only live alone for more than one year due to widowhood and separation. 2. The objects who are clear in consciousness, have the ability of language expression or reading, and can communicate with the investigators; 3. The old people over 60 years old living alone; 4. Those who have informed consent to the investigation content and are willing to cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non resident population; 2. Subjects with severe acute and chronic diseases and infectious diseases, such as severe heart failure, renal failure, lung disease, liver disease, malignant tumor, etc. 3. Subjects of consciousness disorder, orientation disorder, deaf mute and mental disease.
